Xavier Heck is a Policy Officer at Belgium’s Permanent Representation to the EU. He holds a Master’s in Diplomacy and Global Governance (Brussels School of Governance) and a Bachelor’s in European Studies (Maastricht University). His research focuses on EU external action, relations with the Global South, and international climate governance.
