Vincent Sipeer is pursuing a M.A. in National and International Administration and Policy at the University of Potsdam (DE). His research focuses on climate and energy policy, sustainable development and transatlantic security. Vincent’s professional interests center on EU legislative and regulatory affairs, with a particular focus on policy analysis.
