Thanapon Naluang

Thanapon is an LL.M. candidate in European and International Law at the Europa-Institut, Saarland University. His thesis examines the compatibility of the IIR and UTPR under the EU Minimum Taxation Directive with EU fundamental freedoms, in light of a pending Belgian CJEU referral.
