Mihnea Turcitu is a defence and security analyst working at the intersection of emerging technology, intelligence, and European security policy. He holds a Master’s in Intelligence and National Security (MSc) from Leiden University, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science: International Relations and Organisations (BSc), also from Leiden, with a minor in Intelligence.
