Andrea Kuoman is a final-year Law and International Relations student at the University of Navarra and a Junior Research Fellow in EPIS's South America Working Group, writing on Latin American geopolitics, diplomacy, international law, and security. She has studied at The George Washington University, Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy and Kyung Hee University. She represented youth at the UN High-Level Political Forum and interned at Spain's Fundaciones Consejo with Peru, Colombia and Brazil.
